Purchase

By purchasing from the internet, the existing purchase - and sales conditions, that has been agreed with the specific wholesale customer, applies. For first time customers and in the case that an agreement concerning sales and purchasing conditions does not exist, we will send a pro forma invoice. The pro forma invoice has to be paid before we will ship the order. If the pro forma invoice is not paid within 6 working days, the order will be cancelled.

Prices

All prices given on our site are exempt from tax, duty and freight.

Freight

Delivery will be according to the freight conditions that apply to the specific wholesale customer. If nothing else has been agreed, the freight cost will be paid by the customer. We will always try to use the best shipping option regarding cost, reliability and availability.

Delivery time

Delivery time is normally 1 to 6 workdays in the EU and 3 to 14 workdays for the rest of the world. Delivery time starts from the time the order has been approved.

The rugs

Please notice that the rug ordered online, can have been sold in The Rugs Gallery showroom at the same time. In that case the customer in the showroom will receive the rug. The Rugs Gallery is committed to the completeness and the accuracy of the information listed on this site, both in regards to the existence of the characteristics described for individual products as well as for the accuracy of information on the services provided by this electronic store, with the exception of any technical or typographical errors that have escaped the attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any downtime of the site on grounds of force majeure.
